Deposit Policy:

We take deposit on credit card only and do not accept American Express. We charge the first night rate.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation occurs 30 days before the reservation you will be charged $25. If you call and cancel less than 30 days, you are responsible for the full reservation unless each day is re-rented. You will be charged for every day your reservation is not re-rented.

Check-In:

3:00 PM

Check-Out:

11:00 AM, there will be a $25 charge for any late check out.

Pet Policy:

Pets are prohibited. There will be a $100 charge if we find pets in the hotel.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited. Smoking in a non- smoking room will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Taxes:

Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages:

All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
